Biography

Ruth graduated from Leeds Met University in 2005 with a BA(hons) in Leisure and Sports Studies. She then worked as a fitness instructor and children’s sports coach for two years. Ruth joined the Unit in 2007 as a research assistant in anthropometry, DEXA, ultrasound and physical activity testing based at the Institute of Metabolic Science in Cambridge.
