Current work and interests
Clare Boothby is a Data Scientist in the Prevention of Diabetes and Related Metabolic Disorders group at the MRC Epidemiology Unit. She is responsible for data management and release for several of the Unit’s studies, and supports data collection for the ADDITION, PROPELS, and GLINT studies.
Background and experience
Clare studied physics at degree level and postgraduate level at the University of Cambridge, and worked for several years in scientific publishing. She joined the Unit in 2011 and is currently studying part-time towards an MSc in Epidemiology with the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
