Work and interests
Chloe was PhD student supervised by Dr. Jean Adams who completed her PhD in 2020.
Her research at the Unit focused on food literacy, or the knowledge, skills and behaviours that allow individuals to negotiate their food environments in a health-promoting way. She is particularly interested in the quantitative measurement of this concept, and in its possible relationships with health outcomes and sociodemographic variables.
Background and experience
Chloe has an MPhil in Public Health and a BA in Biological Anthropology from the University of Cambridge.
